This month Conscious Bite Out invites you to experience healthy, nutritious, seasonal and sustainable food as Chef Gustavo Zapata, formerly Sous Chef at Cafe Sambal in the Mandarin Oriental and Chef de Cuisine at La Cote at The Fontainbleau, explores South Florida Farms and Fisheries to bring you his creative interpretations of the freshest local cuisine directly from the farms to your table.

Join us Thursday, March 25th at 7 o’clock in the evening. Back by popular demand, because it was such a deliciously enjoyable space, the dinner will be held at the beautiful Sacred Space Miami, a place for Conscious Urban Living in the Wynwood district.
